A physician with a passion for systems-level quality improvement, Amrah Hasan focused her practicum on standardizing how Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center evaluates patients for Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT). By creating a consistent, patient-centered assessment tool, she’s helping streamline care transitions, reduce discharge delays, and improve outcomes for patients receiving IV antibiotics outside the hospital.
